Method 1: Simple Subtraction

If today is in April 2026:

• Subtract today’s date from 8.
• Example: On April 1, 2026, 8 - 1 = 7 days.

If today is before April 2026:

• Add remaining days in the current month, days in months until March, plus 8 days in April.
• Example: On June 17, 2025, 13 days (June) + 31 (July) + 31 (August) + 30 (September) + 31 (October) + 30 (November) + 31 (December) + 31 (January) + 28 (February) + 31 (March) + 8 (April) = 295 days.
